Dental Administrator – Pro Grace Dentistry (Brentwood, Calgary)

Compensation: $18.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Do:
As a key member of our front office team, you will:

Welcome patients and create a positive first impression.

Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and care.

Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.

Manage patient records and maintain accurate information.

Process insurance claims and assist with billing inquiries.

Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Support daily administrative operations and office organization.

Help create an environment where patients feel valued and cared for.
What We're Looking For:

Previous dental reception or dental administration experience preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience with ClearDent software is preferred.

Knowledge of insurance processing and treatment coordination is an asset.
