About Yuen Spa
Yuen Spa is a growing luxury foot and body massage brand in Metro Vancouver, currently operating 5 locations. We combine the traditions of Eastern healing with a modern luxury spa experience, creating a distinctive brand that customers return to and recommend.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Brand Manager who can help shape the next stage of Yuen Spa’s growth.
This is more than a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone with strategic vision, commercial thinking, creativity, and a genuine passion for building a premium service brand.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of brand/marketing management experience in luxury spa, hospitality, retail, or premium services
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Proven experience building brand strategy, loyalty programs, and growth initiatives
- Strong understanding of the Vancouver market
- Experience with Google, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and digital marketing
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Existing connections with luxury hotels, media, KOLs, or corporate organizations are an asset
- Strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset
What You’ll Do:
- Lead annual brand and marketing strategy
- Manage digital campaigns, content, and marketing budget
- Build membership, referral, and customer loyalty programs
- Develop luxury hotel and corporate wellness partnerships
- Maintain consistent brand standards across all 5 locations
- Work directly with the Founder to turn ideas into measurable growth
Compensation & Benefits
CAD$60,000 Base + Up to CAD$25,000 Performance Bonus + 15–30% Incremental Profit Sharing
