Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various office software. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office workflows, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records. Experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus, but not required. Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as needed
- Handle filing, document proofreading, and record keeping to ensure organized and accessible files
- Provide customer support through effective phone etiquette and prompt responses to inquiries
- Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications
- Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing and basic financial record maintenance
- Coordinate with team members to ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote productivity
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and proofreading
- Previous clerical or administrative experience, especially in medical or dental offices, is highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently and handle front desk duties effectively
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed for data entry tasks
- Knowledge of filing systems and record management practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $18.25 per hour
