PEAC Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-centered Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based treatment using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, education, and appropriate modalities.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, home exercise programs, and overall health management.
- Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, osteopaths, personal trainers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in accordance with the standards of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Contribute to a positive clinic environment and uphold PEAC Health's commitment to exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Excellent assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning skills.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy practice and medical terminology.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient-centered care with professionalism and empathy.
