Job Description
Karahi Boys is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Experience & Reviews Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring customer feedback, managing online reviews, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping maintain an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in customer service, customer relations, or review management and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond professionally to customer reviews across various online platforms.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance customer experience and service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Promote positive customer engagement and help strengthen the restaurant's online reputation.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with email, online review platforms, and basic computer applications.
