Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist & Customer Service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and experience in clerical and customer service roles. Prior experience with medical or dental offices, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace is a plus. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative skills within a dynamic office setting.
Job duties will include:
- Data Entry & Customer Service via phone and email.
- Writing bills of lading into the system.
- Scheduling delivery appointments.
- Tracking/tracing and updating shipments.
- Other general office duties as assigned.
- Group Benefits after 3 Month probationary period.
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and document management
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and record keeping
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in medical or dental offices is highly desirable
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is advantageous
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed for efficient data entry
