Job Description:
-Assists all customers in selecting and locating required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
-Order parts and provide information regarding parts, including their function, prices, application, and warranty.
-Complete daily and or weekly orders to suppliers
-Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials
-Maintain effective communication with other departments/individuals in the dealership; keeping them informed of the status of backordered or special-order parts.
-Supply technicians with requested parts per pick ticket
-Return un-needed parts back to stock from technician’s jobs
-Shipping and receiving parts, garments & accessories
-Perform regular inventory counts
-Online part sales and liquidation
Qualification Requirements:
- Knowledge of Marine and powersports products are an asset.
-Lightspeed knowledge/training is an asset.
-Strong attention to detail with paperwork and all processing.
-Computer literate.
-Excellent phone skills.
-Creative problem solver.
-Must be able to manage time
-Must have excellent verbal and communications skills.
-Must have a strong ability to multi-task.
-Must be detail-oriented.
-Must provide excellent customer service.
-Strong communication skills are required.
