We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to lead daily operations at Williams Fresh Café. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to handle busy environments, and ensuring smooth store performance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support team members during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Handle opening and closing procedures
- Manage cash handling, POS, and daily reports
- Train new staff and maintain team standards
- Monitor food quality, preparation, and cleanliness
- Handle customer issues professionally
- Assist with scheduling and shift coordination
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or food service (Supervisor experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
