Atmospec is growing fast and we’re looking for someone who thrives in controlled chaos. Our Project Coordinators jump in from the first hours of a loss : coordinating crews, managing staff, communicating with andjusters and owning their files from first call to final invoice. This role is mostly coordination and file management, with occasional site visits when it counts.
What You’ll Own
∙ Full file management from emergency call to close
∙ Coordinate field teams and schedule interventions efficiently
∙ Be the main point of contact between clients, insurers and internal teams
∙ Communicate with clients with empathy and professionalism
∙ Prepare accurate estimates via Symbility or Xactimate
∙ Manage budgets, costs and project profitability
∙ Handle all administrative follow-ups — reports, photos, documentation
∙ Juggle multiple complex files simultaneously and prioritize like a pro
Requirements
- Experience in disaster restoration
- ∙ Symbility experience — mandatory
- ∙ Xactimate/XactAnalysis — mandatory
- ∙ Construction knowledge — even better
- ∙ Hardworking, adaptive and efficient
- ∙ Bilingual French/English — asset
- ∙ Valid driver’s license + clean record

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
