Position Summary:
As a Customer engagement associate, you will go door to door in designated neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners to obtain permission to connect their property to upcoming fibre optic infrastructure.
There is no cost to the customer, and no selling involved — your role is to educate, inform, and secure consent for a no-obligation, no-fee fibre upgrade.
This role is ideal for confident communicators who enjoy working in the field, meeting people, and being part of a high-impact initiative in their local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Canvass neighborhoods and speak directly with property owners to explain the benefits of fibre optic connectivity.
- Clearly communicate that the connection is free, with no cost or service commitment.
- Obtain and accurately complete permission using iPads provided by us.
- Maintain detailed logs of interactions and permissions collected.
- Report daily performance metrics to your team lead.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and speaking to people face-to-face.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Professional, polite, and reliable.
- Access to a smartphone and reliable transportation.
- Experience in sales or customer service is an asset — but not required.
- Must possess a car and valid driving license
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Compensation & Benefits:
- 100% commission-based — high performers earn $,7000+ per month while the average performers earn CA$ 4,500+ per month.
