We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor – Centre Manager to lead our service department. Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing rapport and understanding their vehicle concerns
- Schedule service appointments efficiently while managing customer expectations
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services, explaining necessary work clearly
- Upsell additional services or repairs that enhance vehicle performance and safety
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and services
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation
- Monitor the progress of repairs, keeping customers informed throughout the process
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the service team to meet performance goals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and dealership policies
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience or automotive service background is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Sales experience, particularly in upselling services and parts to maximize revenue opportunities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Leadership skills with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and dealership operations is desirable
