Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vinyl and Signage Graphic Installer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead vinyl and signage installations from start to finish, mentor junior installers, and ensure all projects meet high-quality standards and client expectations. Weekend and after-hours work availability is required.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and install vinyl graphics and decals and architectural surfaces (windows, walls, doors, floors).
- Coordinate and execute off-site installations at customer locations and job sites.
- Complete vinyl installations on vehicles (cars, vans, trucks, trailers, fleets) when required.
- Review project specifications and materials to ensure accuracy before installation.
- Oversee and manage installation schedules to meet client deadlines.
- Train, guide, and supervise junior installers on best practices and safety standards.
- Communicate with clients on-site and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Perform surface preparation and minor correction to ensure smooth application.
- Install large-format graphics with precision, ensuring proper alignment and finish.
- Remove old graphics from surfaces and vehicles as needed, protecting underlying surfaces.
- Conduct quality checks and final inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain all installation tools, supplies, and vehicles in clean and working order.
- Adhere to company health and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in vinyl installation, including full/partial vehicle wraps and architectural graphics.
- Proficient in installing on a variety of surfaces and materials, including windows, walls, doors, and floors.
- Strong working knowledge of vinyl brands (3M, Avery Dennison, Oracal, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret installation diagrams and instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and workmanship.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; able to manage job sites independently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, working on ladders, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
