We are looking for an individual looking to work in the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of an ophthalmology practice that has office locations in Nanaimo and Parksville.
Ideally, you have experience working in an ophthalmic or optometric environment, have a working knowledge of patient screening and ophthalmic equipment.
Yes, formal experience and training is preferred but thorough onsite training will be provided for the right candidate.
-You are an excellent multitasker that works accurately, with attention to detail.
-You are computer literate and efficient using Electronic Medical Records (Accuro preferred).
-You are able to provide a positive and professional attitude towards both patients and staff. You are kind and caring with elderly and/or special needs patients.
-You are a team player that can also work independently
-You are willing to work in both our Nanaimo and Parksville locations.
-You willingly adhere to office COVID-19 protocols without exception.
Wage will be based on qualifications and experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
