Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage OEM, Distributor and MRO customer relationships in the assigned region.
- Increase sales, market share and profit margins in the assigned region.
- Responsible to implement Hydac corporate sales strategies.
- Effectively communicate market trends and product competitiveness to management. New business opportunities also to be communicated to product managers for review.
- Regular review, distribution and follow-up of Hydac sales leads to assigned distributors.
- Submit a monthly report to sales management and maintain projects in CRM, to provide information on target account updates, account activities, new projects, quotation feedback, and distributor updates.
- Provide order status changes, forecast feedback, other significant information relating to major OEM and MRO accounts.
- Regular, physical presence in all areas of the geographical territory.
- Represent Hydac on technical and commercial issues at OEM’s, Distributors and Engineering companies.
Work Experience Requirements
- 5-10 years industrial sales experience.
- Experience with hydraulic systems; trouble shooting, designing, maintaining, etc.
- Experience working with distribution partners. Large industrial MRO accounts.
- Previous sales position with mobile hydraulic equipment OEM’s.
Education Requirements
- Technical degree from an accredited college or university, preferred but not required.
- CFPHS (Certified Fluid Power Hydraulic Specialist) designation from IFPS (International Fluid Power Society). Preferred
Safety And Personal Protective Equipment
- Must adhere to all safety rules in force for the location you are in while performing your job responsibilities. This includes at a customer or supplier location.
- Must meet requirements for PPE in specific manufacturing areas when you are in those areas including safety shoes and safety glasses.

- Ability to write reports, business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers.

- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of ERP/CRM software.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
- Ability to self-manage – time, activities, finances.

- Knowledge of; Hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, automation, fluid dynamics, the ability to read a drawing or P&ID
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
