Joyful E-Learning is seeking a passionate and experienced Online English Teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will teach engaging and interactive English lessons—with a specific focus on reading, writing, and essay composition—to children aged 3 and up in a virtual classroom setting. This role requires creating a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment that encourages children to develop a lifelong love for literacy and communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver online English lessons tailored to young learners, ranging from early literacy to advanced essay writing.
- Teach core literacy skills, including phonics, reading comprehension, fluency, and creative writing.
- Instruct older students in essay writing, focusing on structure, grammar, vocabulary building, and critical thinking.
- Develop interactive and age-appropriate teaching materials and activities that make reading and writing enjoyable.
- Engage students using creative teaching methods, storytelling, interactive games, and multimedia tools.
- Track student progress and provide detailed, constructive feedback to parents and guardians regarding reading levels and writing development.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in all virtual sessions to build student confidence and encourage active participation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
- Experience in teaching and lesson planning.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
- Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes is a plus.
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Pay: $20.00-$60.00 per hour
