Why is this role important?
What you will do:
Working daily with Technology Adoption Analyst, Communications Specialists and numerous teams in Loblaw Technology on initiatives as new technologies are introduced.
Create communication (various medium) that is precise, tailored to the audience, easy to understand and easy to access from any device
Participate in workshops and focus groups with our stakeholders to further understand business challenges and improvement opportunities through the use of technology, increased awareness, training or engagement
Track adoption using data analysis skills to draw insights and recommendations
Create documentation to support change
Provide hands on user support as needed during change and adoption phase of initiatives
Lead workstreams independently yet collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Managing relationships with different businesses to drive solutions using technology tools
Document use cases and business decisions
Facilitate meetings and conversation to gain user feedback for analysis
Maintain a calendarization of all communications to ensure consistency, clarity, and collisions are managed for weekly awareness
Must be able to navigate through ambiguity and problem solving capabilities to understand “why” and “how”
Working with an agile mindset by delivering value in shorter increments of time.
All work will be loaded into JIRA, our Enterprise tool for initiative backlog management. This role will play a key role to support backlog management and track a number of initiatives for delivery.
