The Intact Service Centre is our one stop concierge shop, where our customers take their vehicle to have it appraised, are provided with a rental, and sent for repair to our RELY partner network. The Intact Service Centre is located in the North East quadrant of Calgary.

As a Claims Service Centre Representative, people will count on you to help customers get back on track while providing exceptional service and delivering effective solutions.
Here are a few ways you'll make a difference:
Be the first point of face-to-face contact with customers including responding to inquiries, complaints, anticipating their needs and documenting information
Drive customer and rental vehicles to and from the shop floor and ensure the effective delivery and return of customer vehicles to and from our RELY partnered shops. Upon return, you may be required to perform exterior washing on customer vehicles when needed
Respond to internal and external customer requests, complete and document inquiries received from claimants and provide information based on Intact’s standards and procedures in a courteous and respectful manner
Direct inquiries and assignments to appropriate individuals or units
Identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience
Perform routine administrative functions such as file processing as requested by the Service Centre Manager
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
A valid class 5 driver’s license and able to provide a clear 5-year drivers abstract
Must be comfortable driving different sized vehicles (i.e. Trucks, SUVs)
Able to drive manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time
Superior organizational skills and able to deliver results in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Excellent empathy skills with the ability to tactfully foster strong working relationships
Superior verbal & written communication skills
Capable of learning new software and navigating through multiple systems
Successful candidates must be flexible to work 35 hours a week during our business hours of operation: Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and select Statutory Holidays You must be flexible to work any of these days and times. New Hires will be provided with a robust onboarding program, adequate training and ongoing team support.
