- Sapiens Insurance Platform Experience (CoreSuite, IDITS, Claims, BillingPro, PolicyPro, DigitalSuite)
- Insurance Core System Implementation Experience (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Sapiens, or equivalent platforms)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Detailed Job Description Lead and manage large-scale insurance transformation programs spanning policy administration, claims modernization, underwriting, billing, digital transformation, cloud migration, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple business and technology workstreams, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Establish and govern program structures including roadmaps, milestones, budgets, resource plans, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
- Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and third-party partners.
- Lead delivery using Agile, SAFe, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies while ensuring successful execution, quality, and business value realization.
- Manage program financials, forecasting, cost optimization, vendor engagements, and multi-million-dollar transformation budgets.
- Drive business process transformation, target operating model implementation, organizational change management, and business readiness activities.
- Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations, security standards, governance controls, and support modernization initiatives involving cloud, APIs, enterprise platforms, and insurance core systems such as Sapiens, Guidewire, or Duck Creek."

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
