BOSS Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for our client in Brampton, a large supplier of truck and trailer parts.
Location – Brampton near Steeles and Hwy 410
Days – Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
The pay rate is $30 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of heavy-duty truck parts.
● Ensure accurate and timely processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments
● Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
● Supervise and train warehouse staff, including Receiving and Shipping Supervisors
● Coordinate with all other departments to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations
● Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) related to warehouse.
● Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures
● Enforce and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
● Demonstrate a willingness to participate in "Train the Trainer" programs related to warehouse equipment and MHE (Order picker, Counterbalance and Swing reach) operation
● Address and resolve any issues related to team members, shipping, receiving and inventory
● Assist Warehouse Manager with daily operations and special projects implementation
● Backup for Warehouse Manager
Key Qualifications
● High school diploma or GED
● 3-5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor
● Certified license to operate Order Picker, Stand-Up Dock Stocker and/or Pacer
● Ability to operate Reach and Swing Reach equipment is desirable
● Participate in “Train the Trainer” program
● 4 Step Worker Health & Safety Awareness Training
● Attention to detail, relating to entire warehouse operations, including inventory, part number SKU’s and

● Ability to lead, motivate and develop team members to ensure a positive, cohesive and productive workplace environment
● Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
● Strong ability to multitask, prioritize work and ensure efficient warehouse operations
● Commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
● Familiar with warehouse management software and inventory control systems
● Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices
● Involvement in continuous improvement programs (Kaizen’s, 5S, “Lean”)
Working Conditions
● Standard schedule: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
● Overtime may be required on occasions and must be flexible to work outside of standard working hours
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
● Prolonged periods of standing
