Our International Corporate Tax practice is expanding a market-leading Pillar Two implementation team focused on supporting multinational clients in operationalizing global minimum tax rules—from diagnostics and modeling through data readiness, technology enablement, compliance, and ongoing support. This team operates at the forefront of an evolving regulatory landscape, helping clients establish scalable, sustainable processes as Pillar Two reporting becomes embedded.
You will work closely with Pillar Two partners to lead multidisciplinary workstreams that bring together deep technical expertise and modern data and technology practices, helping clients establish sustainable processes for Pillar Two compliance and reporting as filing requirements move into Year 2.
This opportunity offers the ability to lead complex, end-to-end implementations while shaping client solutions, developing talent, and contributing to the continued growth of a distinctive capability in the Canadian market.

What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end Pillar Two engagements, defining strategy, shaping scope, and overseeing delivery across diagnostics, data readiness, modeling, compliance, process design, and filing

Manage engagement economics, including resourcing, budgets, and commercial performance within the Global Delivery Model

Serve as a primary client advisor, building trusted relationships and leading discussions with senior stakeholders

Identify and drive growth opportunities, leading pursuits and developing proposals across compliance, technology, and advisory services

Translate global legislative developments, OECD guidance, and tax authority positions into clear, actionable client strategies

Integrate capabilities across the global network, connecting clients with deep technical, industry, and technology expertise

Foster a high-performance team culture through leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Mentor, coach, and develop team members, building a sustainable pipeline of Pillar Two talent
What you bring to this role:
- 7+ years of relevant tax experience within a public accounting firm

CPA designation
-
Completion of, or significant progress toward, the In-Depth Tax Program or a Master of Tax program

Advanced technical tax expertise, including strong knowledge of Pillar Two concepts and computations

Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax provisioning

Proven experience leading complex engagements and managing engagement economics

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders

Demonstrated success in building client relationships and contributing to business development
