Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Office Administrative Coordinator & Collections Administrator to join our team. This full-time or part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in office administration, customer service, and collections within a professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency with office software, and a friendly demeanor to support daily operations and client interactions.
Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining organized records
- Support collections efforts by following up on outstanding payments and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks and other accounting tools
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Support medical or dental office operations if applicable, including patient check-in/out and insurance verification
Experience
- Previous office experience or clerical experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace is highly desirable
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus
- Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, and document proofreading
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and effective communication
- Ability to handle front desk duties including managing multi-line phone systems and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Prior medical or dental office experience is advantageous but not mandatory; relevant skills will be trained if needed

Pay: $46,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
