As part of the parts team, Service Manager is responsible for the effective management of all aspects of the Service Department which ensures customer satisfaction and maximum profitability.

You'll be a match if you have...
- Advanced managership/leaderships skills to manage a highly technical staff, shop and projects including effective employee scheduling
- Advanced knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety requirements
- Supervisory experience would be considered an asset
- Marketing experience would be considered an asset
- Customer service in a sales and service capacity/environment
- Mid-level technical knowledge
- Basic knowledge of financial statements and creation of annual budgets
- Strong Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, web browsing
- Ability to travel 2-3 times per year to Company and Vendor Training sessions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
