Stone World Trading Corporation is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Project Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, BC.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating projects, visiting job sites, and ensuring projects progress smoothly from start to finish. Previous stone industry experience is an asset, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site measurements and collect project information.
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits, measurements, and project activities.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate between customers, production staff, installers, and suppliers.
- Visit job sites as required to support project execution and follow-up.
- Maintain project records and documentation.
- Assist with customer service and project-related inquiries.
- Support the team with various administrative and coordination tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License.
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle or company vehicle for work-related duties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
- Comfortable working both in the office and at project sites.
- Experience in construction, renovation, stone, cabinetry, or related industries is an asset.
- Training will be provided for candidates without industry experience.
