We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their journey with our platform
- Manage client accounts to ensure retention, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities are maximized
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and objectives to tailor solutions accordingly
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to deliver value-added services
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track client interactions, account status, and engagement metrics
- Conduct regular analysis of client data to identify opportunities for upselling or renewal strategies
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and training for new clients on SaaS products and features
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on client insights to improve product offerings and customer experience
- Assist in developing strategies for customer engagement, retention, and growth within the financial services industry
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, customer relationship management, or account management roles
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
- Experience working within SaaS environments, particularly in financial services or marketing sectors
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and financial services industry trends is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
