Royal Truck and Trailer Sales Ltd. is currently seeking experienced Heavy Truck Mechanics / 310T Technicians to join our growing team.
We are looking to hire 2–3 mechanics and welcome applications from both licensed 310T technicians and experienced heavy-duty mechanics who do not yet hold their 310T licence.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles
- Perform mechanical repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and driveline systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical problems and determine required repairs
- Repair and replace defective components and parts
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify faults
- Perform general maintenance and repair work on heavy trucks and trailers
- Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards
- Maintain accurate repair and service records
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and management to complete repairs on schedule
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Heavy Truck Mechanic or Heavy-Duty Technician
- 310T licence is an asset but not required
- Experienced unlicensed mechanics and apprentices are welcome to apply
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck mechanical systems
- Experience diagnosing and repairing heavy trucks and commercial vehicles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
Compensation & Benefits:
- $35.00 – $55.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
