As we continue to grow strategically, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Site Superintendent who wants to grow with us long-term.
This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, leads confidently, and runs projects like they’re their own.
Your Role
- Lead daily on-site construction operations from start to completion
- Coordinate all trades, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
- Enforce safety standards and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Conduct site meetings and communicate closely with project managers and leadership
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Identify risks early and implement practical solutions
- Maintain quality control and company standards
- Coordinate inspections and regulatory requirements
- Build strong working relationships with trades, clients, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent in Industrial, Commercial, or Institutional construction
- Experience managing projects valued between $500K – $20M
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple trades
- Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
- Ability to read drawings, specs, and construction documentation
- Organized, accountable, and solutions-driven mindset
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality execution
Preferred Assets
- Manitoba construction experience
- Gold Seal Certification or equivalent
- Experience with CRU developments, plazas, industrial facilities, or institutional builds
- Strong safety leadership background
