Reception Office Administrator

Our clinic is looking for full time office and receptionist administrator to join our team, we are one the fastest growing business in Edmonton.


- Multitasking in this office is an absolute must

- Very careful, accurate and attention to detail

- Excellent telephone skills, previous phone experience is a plus

- Self starter and self initiated with minimal supervision

- Able to go to two locations (Downtown and Whyte Ave)


- Strong people skills

- Someone who is outgoing, warm, positive, friendly and compassionate

- Answer patient inquiries via phone, email, in-person

- Schedule patients appointments

- Scan, fax and copy documents as required

- Assist patients with questionaires when needed

- Keep neat and clean treatment rooms and waiting areas

- Organize laundry room and keep clinic clean

- Monitor and report inventory and clinic supplies

- Coordinate with therapists and technicians schedules to make sure no schedule error

Administrative responsibilities:

- Manage clinic and spa

- Keyholder for open and close of clinic

- Assist Office Manager to monitor/set up therapist schedules

- Input daily data entry and reports

- Record transaction data

- Direct billing, filing and communicating with insurance companies


- Good organizational and time management skills

- Professional attitude and the desire to continuously learn

- Able to keep patients’ and clinic employee information confidential

- Teamwork and cooperation working with others

- Able to be flexible and adapt to new or changing requirements

Hour: 30-40 hours per week, Saturday and/or Sunday

Basic training will be provided. Experience is an asset.

Salary: $15.00 /hour
