Job Summary
Residential Safety Group is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners, educate families on home safety solutions, and help customers select products that fit their needs. We provide training, ongoing support, a guaranteed monthly income, and commission opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and families in assigned territories
- Present home safety products and educational materials
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Answer customer questions and provide product information
- Complete required paperwork and customer documentation
- Achieve individual and team performance goals
- Represent Residential Safety Group in a professional manner
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed minimum earnings of $4,000 per month
- commission paid on every sale starting at 10%
