In this position you will be reporting to the Associate Director, Materials Management. As the Industrial Engineering Manager, you will plan, design and execute activities that are directly related to the production in the Oakville facility.

Establish the physical layout of machinery and the most efficient sequence of operations and work flow.
Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and document the manufacturing standard work and routings.
Plan the allocation of resources, materials and personnel to establish maximum utilization of equipment.
Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control and production record systems.

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 7 years of related experience. In the absence of a degree a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, aerospace industry experience preferred.
Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Techniques and applications
Demonstrated proficiency in all MS office applications.
Previous ERP experience necessary (SAP preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Successful candidate must meet all requirements under ITAR and CCGP
