Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that the wash is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness, contributing to a positive experience for our customers. Please note, this position can be very physically demanding, you are on your feet for 6 hours, on busy days you are running from bay to bay cleaning with a heavy fire hose. You must be physically able to keep a fast pace.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash needs.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including tools and supplies.
- Provide information about services offered and promote additional services to customers.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently as needed.
- Uphold safety standards while performing duties to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting items as needed.
