Air West Mechanical is a premier HVAC and mechanical contractor serving commercial clients. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Business Development Representative with an entrepreneurial mindset to help expand our business.

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with commercial clients
- Generate new business through networking, in-person visits, emails, and phone calls
- Follow up on company-provided leads and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and present Air West Mechanical's services
- Work independently while collaborating with our team
- Help continue to grow Air West Mechanical's commercial base
What We're Looking For
You don't need HVAC experience—we can teach you that.
What matters most is that you are:
- Comfortable introducing yourself and meeting new people in person
- Confident communicating over the phone, by email, and face-to-face
- Friendly, professional, and personable
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Able to build strong, lasting relationships
- Positive, ambitious, and eager to succeed
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $40,000
- Uncapped commission
- Performance bonuses
- Earning potential of $150,000+ per year
