Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Hand/Labourer to join our agricultural team. This role involves supporting daily farm operations and livestock management. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn about various farming techniques and machinery. Duties
- Assist with watering and feeding livestock and guardian dogs
- Operate farm machinery such as tractors and four wheelers
- Support livestock care including feeding, watering and fencing
- Conduct general farm maintenance tasks including fencing, building repairs, and field cleanup
- Assist with loading and unloading supplies or produce using heavy lifting techniques
- Follow safety protocols during all farm activities to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Prior experience or knowledge of farm machinery/ four wheelers is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting basic equipment issues
- Ability to operate power tools safely
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards and detail-oriented approach
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
