Trillium Ford Lincoln is looking for a customer-focused, organized, and motivated Full-Time Service Advisor to join our Service Department in Alliston. As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience by coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services while building lasting customer relationships.
Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly service experience.
Schedule service appointments and accurately prepare repair orders.
Explain recommended maintenance and repair services, including estimates and timelines.
Communicate vehicle status updates and relay information between customers and technicians.
Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Work proactively to ensure a positive customer experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery.
Coordinate workflow with the service team to support an efficient repair process.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team environment.
Minimum 1 year of Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership or service environment.
Experience with SERTI is required.
Experience with Ford and/or Lincoln vehicles is an asset but not required.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Sound technical and mechanical understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence with a satisfactory driver's abstract.
