As Sales Representative you will be selling waste removal and recycling solutions within Commercial, Industrial and Property Managers (Condos/Apartments) verticals. The position includes a base salary, commission, full benefits, perks and the ability to earn over $80,000 in the first year.

THE LOCATION
The territory you will be responsible for include Hamilton, Burlington and Oakville.

It is a combination of working from home and office in Hamilton and office in Oakville.

THE PRODUCT/SERVICE
You will be selling waste removal solutions to commercial, industrial and Property Managers. The company is highly competitive with pricing, as they are one of the few with end-to-end solutions, they even own the landfills.

THE POSITION
As Sales Representative you will spend the majority of your time calling on commercial, industrial and property management companies. A role for those who enjoy prospecting and closing new business with a 5-year contract.

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS
You will be selling to commercial, industrial and property management (Condos/Apartments) companies who require waste remove on a regular basis. You will have a geographically defined territory.

PRODUCT & SALES CYCLE

You are selling a monthly service valued at approximately $225
The sales cycle from the initial call to close is 60 – 90 days.
The sales cycle from presentation to close is typically a week.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Salary between $50,000
Commission
First Year OTE - $70,000 - $80,000
Top Performers in the first year exceed $100,000

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
  • Two years of B2B selling experience
EDUCATION
  • Post secondary, or professional experience equivalent.
