Overview

Duties

- Collaborate with healthcare providers in acute care settings to develop comprehensive medication plans.
- Monitor patient responses to medications and make necessary adjustments in consultation with the medical team.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions.
- Stay updated on medical terminology, drug therapies, and advancements in pharmacy practice.
