We are currently seeking a motivated, driven HVAC Sales Advisor to join our growing team.
About the Role
This is a full-time, commission-based sales position with unlimited earning potential for the right individual. While scheduling is flexible, the strongest results typically come from evening and weekend appointments.
The majority of leads are provided by Hudson Service Group, with additional opportunities for self-generated business through networking and relationship building.
What We’re Looking For
You are someone who is:
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable building rapport and connecting with customers in their homes
- Organized with strong time-management and follow-up skills
- Confident in presenting solutions and guiding customers through purchasing decisions
- Adaptable, self-aware, and professional
Assets (but not required):
- Previous HVAC or in-home sales experience
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Requirements:
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Meet with residential customers to assess HVAC needs and present solutions
- Close sales for equipment replacements, upgrades, and installations
- Follow up on company-provided leads and self-generated prospects
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain organized sales notes and communications
