We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as ice cream scoopers at our Whyte Ave location!
**must have weekend availability**
Responsibilities:
- Scoop ice cream and serve it to customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the store and equipment
- Follow safety and health regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Learn about our products to answer customer questions and provide recommendations
- Operate cash register and handle money accurately
- Assist with light prep (cookies, waffle cones, etc)
- Assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- A passion for providing memorable guest experiences (most important)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (must have weekend availability)
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is preferred
- Ability to handle money accurately
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must have availability for dates: July 10-12, July 17-19, July 24-26, July 31 - Aug 2, Aug 13-23 and Sept 4-6.
