Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest services, provide a variety of skincare and beauty treatments, and promote a welcoming environment. This role offers opportunities to showcase expertise in skincare, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care, while engaging with clients to enhance their overall experience.
Duties
- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions.
- Provide expert makeup application tailored to clients' preferences for special occasions or everyday wear.
- Deliver nail care services such as manicures and pedicures to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests at the front desk with check-in, appointment scheduling, and product recommendations.
- Conduct product demos and upsell skincare products and retail items to clients.
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards across treatment areas and tools.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by addressing individual needs and ensuring comfort throughout treatments.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and aftercare instructions.
- Support retail sales efforts through effective communication and personalized recommendations.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to stay current on industry trends.
Requirements
- Valid Esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
- Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and product benefits.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
- Ability to perform retail sales through effective upselling techniques while prioritizing guest satisfaction.
- Experience working at the front desk or in guest services is a plus.
- Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
