Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities.
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking events, and face-to-face meetings
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure new business deals and maintain favorable terms.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and potential areas for growth
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines
- Present product demonstrations and technical solutions tailored to client needs
- Maintain a professional image representing the company at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or commercial cleaning sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic planning
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a flexible schedule environment.
