About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Parts Advisor who understands the importance of relationship-building as the foundation for maintaining and growing our Parts business.
No previous experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to retail client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless flow of information.
Provide prompt solutions to customers, fostering lasting client relationships.
Manage delivery schedules effectively to meet promised delivery times.
Achieve departmental goals and budgets as set by management.
Assist team members across departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work some evenings
Saturdays required.
