Summary
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to add to our Etobicoke team. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working individually as well as in a team setting. A successful candidate will have interest and experience one or more of the following areas:
- neurological rehabilitation
- pelvic health
- vestibular therapy
The position will initially be part-time with the option to expand to full-time as you grow within the clinic.
NeuroChangers has flexible compensation plans, specific pay will be discussed and determined based on experience and the selected compensation plan
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Ontario..
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
- Neurological experience is an assist but not required
- Preference will be given to those with additional Bobath/NDT training
- Preference will be given to candidates with additional certifications in pelvic health or vestibular therapy
- Preference given to candidates who are available on Saturday
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $40.00-$70.00 per hour
