- Visiting patients in the community and performing patient assessments (Blood glucose monitoring, blood pressure monitoring...etc)
- Administering medications (oral, patches...etc)
- Documentation of all interventions.
- Submitting daily reports.
Requirements:
- Driver's License and access to personal vehicle
- Licensed with British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals
Salary: $35.00-$37.00 per hour
Hours: Up to 40 per week
