Operations Manager – KB Real Estate Team (Toronto)

What You’ll Do:
- Drive Growth & Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO to implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and oversee team performance to meet aggressive growth targets.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a high-performing administrative team. Ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Optimize Operations: Constantly improve processes and systems to increase efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
- Client Experience: Oversee client transactions from listing to closing, ensuring flawless execution and communication throughout. Ensure a 5 Star experience to generate referrals.
- Marketing & Events: Oversee marketing campaigns, lead generation systems, and client engagement through events and touchpoint programs.
- System Management: Manage our lead generation and CRM systems, ensuring no client or lead falls through the cracks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate administrative management, specifically in building and scaling a team.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for building high-performing teams.
- Tech-savvy, with a deep understanding of systems, processes, and CRM platforms.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to prioritize.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
