What You'll Do
The Insurance, Sales & Activation team is here to educate Customers on the value of balance protection; then, customize product solutions to ensure our Customers can feel confident that they are adequately protected against an unexpected life event that might make it difficult or even impossible to meet their credit obligations.
You are the voice of TD and your role is to:

Training Commitment: Training is scheduled at 37.5 hours per week for both part-time and full-time colleagues from 7AM-3:00 PM
Must be able to work first 90 days Monday-Friday 7am - 3pm.
After 90 days must be available to work between 7:00AM to 12AM Monday-Sunday

High school diploma and one (1) or more years of relevant experience
Advanced skills and expertise in a variety of advice and service related activities to provide customers / partners with advice on transactions, activities and product features
Sound communication skills to communicate unusual and/or complex content in a clear manner
Possess computer & multi-tasking skills
Thrive in a dynamic and time-sensitive environment
Advanced knowledge of our business and understand the functions of our various business areas
Passionate and engaging individual with a desire to consistently and compassionately deliver superior customer experience
