We're looking for a Care Operations Associate who will own the relationship with our families and provide field support to our therapists. You will support families receiving care all the way from initial appointment scheduling to handling inbound requests. You will also be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks that come up with therapists who are in the field.
Provide customer service and relationship management to families whose children are patients, as their primary point of contact
Be accountable for family requests, upholding superior family satisfaction and quality of care
Provide proactive, regular support to therapists while they are in the field, helping them problem-solve issues
Implement a variety of custom operational processes to schedule appointments, handle cancellations, respond to family/therapist requests,
Utilize a variety of third-party software tools to complete daily tasks: Slack, Front, CRM, EHR software, business messaging software
Native fluency in English, written and spoken.
2+ years of experience working a customer-facing operations role; strong customer service skills
Detail-oriented and excellent written communication skills
Available to work 40 hours/week on U.S. hours., 9-5pm Pacific time
Dependability - If we agree on a process and area of ownership, this individual will be able to get the job done
Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
Previous experience working in healthcare or working with clinical (physicians, mental health professionals) preferred but not required
