Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and friendly Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
The shifts are Mondays 9AM to 5PM, Wednesdays 12 PM to 8PM,Fridays 9 AM to 5PM, and Saturdays 8 AM to 4PM.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients upon arrival.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain and update patient records.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, text message and in-person.
- Process insurance claims and handle billing.
- Working with recall and perio pending lists.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
Qualifications:
- Dental Administration/Receptionist Diploma or Certificate.
- Minimum 1 years of previous experience as a dental receptionist.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software.
- Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
