Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various manual tasks across our project sites, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment around the work site
- Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors promptly
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment is preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or similar manual roles is a plus but not required
