We are looking for an experienced BBQ Catering Griller to join our team for private events, corporate events, festivals, weddings, and outdoor BBQ catering services.
Responsibilities include:
- Grilling meats, vegetables, and BBQ menu items at catering events
- Operating grills, smokers, and BBQ equipment safely and efficiently
- Preparing food according to company recipes, portions, and quality standards
- Monitoring cooking temperatures and following food safety procedures
- Assisting with grill station setup and take down before and after events
- Keeping the grill area clean, organized, and presentable
- Helping load, unload, and pack BBQ equipment and supplies when needed
Requirements:
- Must have previous grilling experience
- Must have a valid G license
- BBQ, catering, or high-volume cooking experience is an asset
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
- Able to work outdoors in a fast-paced event environment
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset
- Able to lift and carry BBQ equipment, coolers, and event supplies
Pay: $18.50 per hour
