Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including bartending duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Assist with food preparation and ensure food quality and presentation
- Supervise and train new staff members
- Conduct interviews for potential hires
- Demonstrate leadership skills and lead by example
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Experience in bartending or food service industry preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
