Position: Support Staff & Host/Hostess
These roles support the smooth flow of luxury dining service. You will ensure warm guest greetings, assist with table management, help maintain exceptional cleanliness and efficiency, and support servers in delivering elevated hospitality.
What You Will Do
Guest Greeting & Hospitality

Welcome every guest warmly, confidently, and professionally

Ensure guests feel honoured and cared for from the moment they arrive

Assist with menu explanations or chef recommendations when needed

Communicate guest preferences, allergies, or special requests to servers
Reservations & Dining Room Coordination

Manage reservations with accuracy and professionalism

Maintain table rotation to balance server sections
-
Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait-time estimates

Coordinate seating flows to support the pace of service

Prioritize late arrivals, VIP guests, and special occasions
-
Work closely with managers to support dining room strategy
Support Staff Duties

Full food running with accuracy, speed, and elegance

Clearing plates and maintaining clean tables throughout service

Folding linens to luxury presentation standards
-
Resetting tables according to elevated service expectations
-
Water service for all guests, executed promptly
-
Bread service aligned with our service sequence
-
Polishing cutlery and restocking glassware to luxury standards

Keeping service stations clean, stocked, and organized

Assisting servers and bartenders during high-volume periods
General Responsibilities

Maintain a polished, professional appearance

Communicate clearly and respectfully with the FOH and BOH teams

Support opening, closing, and side duties

Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
What You Bring

Experience in hospitality, hosting, bussing, or food running is an asset

Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and guest-focused mindset

Attention to detail and pride in maintaining luxury standards

Compensation:
The typical hiring range for this position is from $18.25 per hour, the hourly rate offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, and internal equity.
